Trainings at Kunapak
First, we begin by providing general training to all the actors that make up the destination, presenting the product and the scope of the program.

Afterwards, we carry out segmented trainings for tourism service providers in all sectors (hospitality, restaurants, transfers, among others), to go into detail about how each module works, and also how to optimize content writing to maximize SEO ranking.
During the digitalization process, we provide service providers with a phone number (helpdesk) and 4 hours of individual training to assist them.
Our account managers will accompany tourism stakeholders throughout the entire training process, and we will also provide tutorial videos to facilitate the learning process.
