Reconfigure tourist destination
This tool allows tourism stakeholders (companies and organizations) to evaluate their destination and begin its reconfiguration to face the COVID-19 crisis.
Inspired by the recommendations of the World Tourism Organization (UNWTO) and the best practices identified by the World Center of Excellence for Destinations (CED), this self-assessment questionnaire allows you to instantly receive your results and recommendations to start the reconfiguration of your destination.
Functioning
This diagnostic allows for a self-assessment and benchmarking for the destination and the participants of this activity. It is also considered an educational tool to define a shared vision of the destination, facilitate collaborative work, and develop a roadmap.
